Leagues which were processed and closed on old website are marked as “legacy”. They are different from leagues closed on new website due to a couple of technical reasons, though they are saved with all data about transactions, participants and other information.
What are these “technical reasons”? Mainly it’s the system of rolling leagues over, which can not be easily paired with new website mechanics.
First of all, these leagues are blocked from allocating rollovers by commissioners.
This is done to prevent double-allocation of rollover funds or their vanishing.
